Julia Child’s Special Honey-Mango Granola Cups

Get a taste of the tropics in these bite-sized cups made with bits of mango and organic oats & honey granola held together with sweet honey. The best part? You can make them ahead and have breakfast or a post-workout snack all week long.

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
  2. In food processor, place granola. Cover; process until coarsely crumbled.
  3. Spoon 1 heaping tablespoon of the mixture into each muffin cup. Press mixture down in center and up sides of muffin cups
